I first got my s14 in 2005. Started teaching myself how to drift a couple months later. My boyfriend at the time was obsessed with drifting and which in turn, started rubbing off on me. I started watching drifting videos all the time, going to local events to watch, and also competing in the local Autocross events (which helped out learning how to control the car alot better). I didn't have alot of money, with still being in highschool and all, so I just bought some Tein Lowering springs, Suspension tech sway bars, and then welded my differential.
Before I knew it, I could spot a 240, or any drift car, from a mile away. I was in love! I entered my first local event in 2006. It was the best thing ever. I loved every minute of it. And from then on, I knew this is what I wanted to keep doing and progressing at. My second event was in Greenville, SC in Feb. 2007, which is where I was introduced to Amanda, Amy, and Project Girl Drifter. Since then I have entered about 3 or 4 more parking lot events and one track event at VIR, which I intend to participate in again.
